Biography

Carrie grew up in Maryland but has lived in Virginia since 2003. She graduated with a bachelor’s of science in nursing degree in 2001 from Lynchburg College where she also played soccer. She was a bedside nurse for 21 years before joining ACFM as a nurse practitioner. She currently lives in Amherst with her two children, two cats, two dogs, and 5 chickens. She enjoys DIY projects, spending time with her children and family, hiking, reading, watching soccer, and learning to homestead.
