“I pride myself on being a member of the patient’s healthcare team. We (the patient and I) will work together to customize a plan of care that helps the patient achieve optimal health within an individual plan for each person. No one plan fits all and I like to customize a healthcare plan that will best meet the goal of keeping the patient as healthy as possible, while developing a plan the patient is willing to work with! It’s a collaborative effort between myself and the patient.”
